This notice explains how Heffalump Coffee ("we") processes personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

Your name, phone number, email, city and message submitted through our forms, and for franchise applications the location and investment information you provide. For security, the IP address at the time of submission is also stored.

Purposes

• Replying to your questions and requests
• Reviewing franchise applications and arranging meetings
• Letting you know when a product goes on sale, if you asked us to
• Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse

Sharing

Your data is shared only for these purposes, with technical providers such as our hosting and email services and, where needed, with the relevant location. It is not shared with third parties except where the law requires.

Retention

Data is kept as long as needed for the purpose and for no more than 2 years, then deleted or anonymised.
